This is the crappiest place I have ever lived! The apartments have had several types of roaches. The apartments are small and they have been bandaged for, so long they are now mostly holding together by bandage and another bandage.
There's a beaten down rv in the back I'm pretty sure is a meth lab, garbage everywhere you walk, dogs running around like wild animals, and every time see someone here they look like they haven't slept or ate anything for days. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.
