Rented here for 4 years. This is the best apartment and management I've had in the last 13+ years as a renter. Set up auto-payments, don't be a nuisance, and they pretty much leave You alone. Except for annual furnace filters. The location is fantastic. The UC campus is literally across the road. Old Town is less than a mile away, an easy stroll up Remington. There are plenty of food options within 3 blocks, including Chipotle, Noodles & Co, Fat Shack, D.P.Dough, The Post, Cafe Vino, and a fantastic little Thai place. The bu... read more
I've lived in quite a few apartments and this is BY FAR the best place i've ever stayed. The walls are pretty soundproof, the building is secured through mobile entry and all of the appliances are modern/up to date and functioning well. They also allow pets and outside there are free doggy bags replenished often! I know looking for a place to live can be intimidating so i'm hoping this review helps!
