I've enjoyed living in this building for three years now. The property manager, Dewey, has always promptly taken care of any issues, and the building is well built, very clean and very well maintained. I've gotten to know a number of other tenants in the building and found them all to be quite respectful and courteous. I've also appreciated that the building is rather nice and quiet. The convenient location makes the building ideal since you can walk or bike anywhere with ease.

Very modern and updated apartment close to downtown Fort Collins. Easy access in and out of building. Close to restaurants and bars and easy to walk to old town and campus. Would recommend for college students or early professionals

This is an ideal apartment if you are currently attending CSU since the main campus is within walking distance. The shared spaces (entrances, elevators, hallways, etc.) are kept extremely clean, and the maintenance staff is quick at responding to issues.

The apartment it's self wasn't too bad, but management sucks you have to pay extra for parking even if you park on the street. There was a problem with rats in the vents but they would say "it's nothing" even though literally HUNDREDS of flys would come into the apartment through the vents. Dewy was never helpful when needed.

The apartment it's self wasn't too bad, but management sucks you have to pay extra for parking even if you park on the street. There was a problem with rats in the vents but they would say "it's nothing" even though literally HUNDREDS of flys would come into the apartment through the vents. Dewy was never helpful when needed.He offered to helped killed the flies if he can drink my beer.....
