We hired Colleen to cater our wedding in July. We liked her from the first time we met her. She was easy to work with and very accommodating for what we wanted, plus her prices are very reasonable. Her staff were friendly and flexible. Even though the timing of the day ended up differing slightly from what we had originally told her because of how things went earlier in the day, dinner still ran smoothly and she adjusted easily and without complaint.
