Colleen was the SELLERS agent in our most recent purchase and she was SO incredibly helpful for us as the buyers! We were using an agent that was referred to us - but he was out of Edmonton and had NO experience in this area and was really not the greatest. So legally he put in the offers and anything like that but when it came to specific questions we had about the house or when we needed to ask questions of the sellers - she was great!
