Not a good sellers agent! Stay away from Colleen. I wanted to list my house for sale and although it seemed like she was on top of things......she never got my house listed on the MLS. Everytime I would call her back or email me, it took her 2 weeks to reply back! In one reply she said she was going on a cruise and would get back to me when she returned....LOL!!... Both my wife and I, we cannot express enough how Colleen is good in what is doing. Selling, buying house, advising, solving issue, find you insurance agent, handy man even help you in things not related to the houses business. In now days, is very rare to find a person like she. I would recommend her to anyone want to buy, to sell a house or advise about housing. Big Thumbs up.
