My experience with Dr. Windom was very disappointing. He jumped to conclusions without really listening, and seemed more focused on proving his point than understanding my concerns. A doctor should be compassionate, open-minded, and above all, a good listener. But that was not the case here. Instead, he appeared more worried about lawsuits than about patient care. I left feeling unheard and dismissed.
Do not recommend I called over 3 weeks ago multiple times to schedule my postpartum depression and anxiety screening and they have still yet to give me any call back after saying they would. Also throughout my whole pregnancy the midwives were always rude and very rough with me. They also screwed up the scheduling multiple times and made me miss multiple ultrasounds! Also another side note this was only the Marietta office I loved their Woodstock office! Another thing is that the front desk was always great !
Dr. Windom is a wonderful doctor, and his staff is very professional. I highly recommend him to all age groups.
Dr Windom review I do not feel as it is fair for me to give the whole staff a zero star rating that is the only reason there more than one, otherwise I would give it zero stars- well really Dr. Windom zero stars. I had an appointment with Dr. Windom that still has me traumatized to this day. I do not believe in destroying this company over one doctor.
