I love it here, the front desk ladies and the medical staff are the best! and Nga Le is the best doctor for my kids!! she explains everything so well and listens!! doesn't want to rush you out like some doctors.
I have been going to access Medical for 1 year and there’s always an issue with how long it takes to get an appointment, so I tried a new office access in Summit my first time going there. I run into a rude receptionist by the name of Karina today, Tuesday, December 27 my son had an appointment today we were one minute late She was very rude. and had a bad attitude, and was not kind at all. The last person that should ever be dealing with customers.. Also that office is not clean at all.
This place was horrible. They asked me to get there early before my appointment and I did. my appointment was scheduled for 10:40AM December 7, 2023. I got there at 10:13 AM. I was told to wait in line with another patient that came in after me. when it was time to check in and register they took The patient that came in after me first and then took me. I could have died because of Bridget Adam's incompetence as a doctor. She did nothing at all to help me figure out severe pain in my body- I was young, no injuries, just very random excruciating pain. She did what doctors do best- prescribed me medicine to "help" with the pain and ordered no tests to look further. She also suggested to go to physical therapy. I ended up having an infectious abscess in my neck that could have busted and killed me. I thank God I saw a specialist and dealt with it. She was NO help at all. Thank... read more
I really love my Doctor June Garcia SheS my favorite. I also got to meet the manager today which she was so sweet as well . I love the staff here .
