I've been a patient with this clinic since 2015 when it was IORA. I was so happy to finally have a medical team that really helped me manage Lupus and COPD along with well checks. Now that it's One Medical I'm completely frustrated!!! I've tried calling their office to have a prescription detail ironed out but hold times are 20 to 30 min. They took 3 weeks for a referral for a hiatal hernia. Over all their care is worse. Time for me to look for a new doctor.

Iora Primary Care is a very clean efficient healthcare facility. I have always felt cared for respectfully by Colleen Gumm NP and her staff every time I have gone to Iora for care. I am thankful I have such a great place to be seen for my medical needs. You have been recommended highly to my friends who are in need of a place to go.
I have a very good relationship with the employees with IORA. I'm glad they with me during this bad time was in my life. I give them my thanks and love.
