Great telehealth. Colleen is very helpful.
I found Colleen to be a fantastic listener. She speaks with genuine kindness, and I truly feel that she cares about me. Before starting the program, I assumed it would feel robotic, but I was happily surprised by how warm and human Colleen is. When we discussed my issues, she actively responded to my thoughts. I deeply appreciated that she never took a 'my way or the highway' approach. It felt great to be an active participant rather than just an observer in my own healthcare.
Love her! She is helping me so much! She is very friendly and knows just what to do depending how you are feeling.
