Dr. Colleen Hickle was our dentist for approximately 4 years during which time we had a good deal of dental work done. Although we were mostly satisfied with Dr. Hickle’s services, we found her office staff to be unpredictable and sometimes difficult. Our interaction with the office staff escalated to a very unpleasant encounter that resulted in our choosing to leave permanently as Dr. Hickle’s patients.
