I understand peoples frustrations with the “referral” and the need to verify insurance etc. Remember-insurance companies main goal is to make money-they will look for any reason they can not to pay for something and the office is only protecting everyone’s finances. I personally appreciate them going above and beyond by confirming my insurance-cause if they didn’t I would have to. Insurance is the real problem-not the offices. First time meeting this doctor. Not impressed! Had to concur with Doctor Carlile. What really upset me was meds were to be called in she said while we were there. 2 hours later meds not called in, I called again 30 minutes later no meds called in! While Iam at the pharmacy. Mom has alzheimer's and were changing meds, which I was out of!!! Never will see this Doctor again!!!!!!! STLL NO MEDS 5 HOURS LATER.

Colleen has been very personable, professional, attentive to my needs and concerns since visiting the practice months ago. I DO NOT feel like a number, but a patient with her. She takes times even after work hours to follow up. Unfortunately my needs have gone beyond neurology, but she has facilitated getting me the care that I need. She is rare!! I would recommend her ten times over.
