Too bad the special of the day was so spicy one couldn't enjoy the Mahi. What a shame to hide the fish that way, it could have been a frozen filet. It was covered with canned black beans and the Caesar salad was tasteless.
We have dined at Collector's numerous times and ALWAYS have enjoyed everything from their martinis to their home made desserts especially their coconut cake. Their scalloped cake is delicious as an appetizer or as your entre'. It's good to try something new to get the best of the best. Their service is top notch & be sure to appreciate their hanging art work.
The coconut cake is out of this world, best cake ever .

Just had dinner at collector's Cafe tonight. It was very good. Service was great. First time visit. I would return. But will ask for quite area next time. I will recommend to friends.
