PERFECT There was not one little thing I didnt love about this store when I took my kids. Very nice and understanding staff, great product, clean and friendly. Best card shop.. FOR SURE!
AMAZING!!!!!!!! Dont listen to Jon Neff he is an idiot. I was there the day he got mad. He is stupid and got mad for a weird reason. And he still comes here. Collectors Cache is the best card store there is and the customer service is spectacular! =D
Kansas City is FAMOUS FOR COLLECTORS CACHE! I cant say anything but this store is the best store ever created in mankind. THE BEST EVER!!!!!!!!!
Will Go Again for SURE! The customer service is probably the reason im going there again. Very nice and helped me and my son learn the game. Also, very low prices!
Good Selection; Poor Customer Service The selection is good but the sales staff are extremely rude. There seems to be absolutely no supervision as I asked to talk to a manager to complain and no one seemed to know who he is. Same thing happened when I called on the phone. They also try to rip off little kids on trades.
Best Gaming store in KC hands down... I play Magic...and as you may know, there aren't nearly as many shops around that carry singles and cater to the customers with tournaments. Well...this store does it all...professionally run, large scale tournaments...were talking 1k cash tourneys, regionals, etc... Huge area to game (and it's clean...we know how hard that is to find with gamers.) Fun and friendly staff and people to game with. It really is a one stop shop. I buy all of my singles, packs, and anything else I need here.
Best CCG & TCG Store in Kansas! WOW HUGE SELECTION OF PRODUCT!!! Great staff whom are knowledgeable about the product and my favortie part about the store is they have OLD SCHOOL STREET FIGHTER ARCADES!!!! Collector's Cache = Best Store Ever ? What can I say about Collector's Cache that is negative (besides a certin worker named Amir)? I go there almost every week to hang out with some friends and have a good time. Maybe some cards are a little over priced, but they are pretty hard to come by. The enviroment there is outstanding.
