Revolver broke, sent them a message, all they said was "Unfortunately, we have a 30 day return policy. We also do not stock or sell parts. Sorry about that. Thank you." and didn't do anything else. Just disappointed honestly.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company first they told me my gun and bullets were delivered than they said my things came from Pakistan than they told me straight up that I was screwed out of my money than this sales rep told me they have been doing this since the sixties be careful

Received a blank pistol, never worked ONCE, straight out of the box it was junk. They sent me a label to ship the crap back but the shipping costs to return the blank ammo is solely out of my pocket, that’s not right. Never do business with this company, you the buyer will lose out either by crap merchandise or paying to ship it back. The customer shouldn’t lose money because the merchandise is junk. I don’t know about y’all but I had absolutely no problem getting what I ordered and in a speedy time limit , ordered Monday got my 1911 on Friday afternoon ! overall great

I don't understand all of the negative reviews about Collectors Armoury LTD. I had a great experience with them, including fast shipping. If you live in a state, where the items they sell are prohibited, they will not send them. Howard Fox and Pam Reese, are very good people, who give great customer service. This company is not a scam.

Was told my order would be here at my ny address by cheistmas so i bought it and paid for it, then i got a email 2 days later saying it cant be here until jan, so i tried to call but no answer so i emailed and no reply as i wanted to cancel my order because they are presents, they sound dodgy to me aswell, wish i had looked at the previous posts earlier. I couldnt agree more with the last 4 posts, the same thing happened to me were i bought and paid for it all and then waited 5.5 weeks so i tried calling and emailing them with never a reply or answered phone, that howard fox sounds like a real slimey person and after this shonky company took my money, but happy to say i found another company that has great customer service, even though i lost $137.50 with the first company! Its a scam! Bought and paid for in full, received no goods and they wont answer there phones. DO NOT use this company, i drove past there address yesterday as i dont live far away, gates closed at even looks like a boiler house! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Hey jessy sry to here you got scammed to, howard fox is the slim ball whos the boss of this scammy mob, i emailed him with a complaint a few weeks ago he emailed me back 2 times then passed me of to someone else as he said "they never refund" hope you beat them, good luck
