As a first time customer, I was disappointed. Pricing was never explained, yet we were rung up as if we already knew the costs. We were given no instructions, no guidance, and no explanation that we needed to use a computer to view inventory. Which took away from the experience. The location itself was nice, which made the poor service even more disappointing given how high my expectations were.
Got a lot of last minute gifts here good prices and service!
Not even gonna lie this was the best service ever ever had at a card shop, the guy who helped me was so kind and he helped me find like 15 cards of a specific Pokemon card I’m mastersetting and helped explain differences between other sets too. I’ll be going back the second I’m in town again
