I needed an allergy test prior of a nose surgery for respiration problem. After the test Dr. Michael Shen told me he want to have a look in my nose to see if i really need a surgery. After even not two seconds he had a look inside my nose he said: "yes you need a surgery" and he made me pay $115 just to heard something I already know without asking anything. He could let me know that those two second of visiting my nose would have cost $115!!! It makes me think he just want money!

I highly recommend to never get tested at this clinic, they don’t follow hygiene protocols, the nurse didn’t even wash their hands (NOT EVEN GLOVES) or didn’t clean the area with alcohol before putting the patch on. They are so disgusting that you can even smell body odour from some of the employees there.

History _ multiple doctor appointment with local gp, countless prescription, costly specialist appointments with no results within the last 12 to 18 months. Tuesday 30.7.19 diagonised medicated and within 24 hours I am feeling so much better with my allergies. Highly recommend them, professional and feedback is phenomenal. The doctors are amazing helpful and sympathetic. Thank you so much

Had rhinolight therapy here for my allergies which has worked well. Staff have been great
