I visited Collective Salon (downtown Calgary) for a hair wash and blow-dry and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the stylist, Hue Nguyen. During the hair wash, her nails hurt my ears multiple times. There was no apology or acknowledgment, which immediately made me uncomfortable. This place is truly amazing ! They pamper their clients. I’ve been a customer from their previous locations. The staff truly do care and listen carefully when you describe what you need. Started bringing my boys here too. They love it! I highly recommend this place.
Wissam is the best!!
I recently moved to Calgary and was looking for a new hairdresser for my curly hair and the blonde highlights I always get, so it was important for me to find someone who understands both colour and curls.
