New roof shingles started coming off our recently done roof. Looked like they were not properly nailed in. Called/email Collective roofing/Cinzia several times over many weeks. After indicating they will drop by to see the problem, no one showed up or called. I've continuously followed up with little, to no response. They clearly to do not stand by their work or care about you as a customer. Seems like this company changes name often.
