I would not rent from this company ever again, nor recommend them to anyone. I have moved around and rented in different states for the last 10 years and I have never had a company treat me like this before anywhere else. I lived here for one year, they make the place look nice, but they are really dumps, there is trash outside of all the buildings for days and weeks before it is cleaned up. The parking is terrible. I would not rent from these people again. Though out my two years at one of their apartments, I was allegedly accused of dumping oil illegally, not picking up my dog's shit, and parking in middle of the road. They had no proof of any of these false claims. On the dog shit, I had received no message from collective until a text message stating was going to get charged with no proof. Again had no proof of these false claims, so I was not charged. I have rented for the past 7 years and always got my full security deposit back. ... read more
