I had an amazing experience with Fatima from Mexico! She did such a wonderful job…I’ve never loved a haircut this much. She’s so sweet, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Came in as a walk-in. While waiting to ask for an appointment, I saw a lady with an unfortunate haircut walk out looking upset. I had heard good things about the place, but it just seemed dirty and had a recognizable smell wafting throughout. Ended up leaving instead.

I was informed of Collectiv Academy since it's inception, but today was my initial visit. The entire staff including the receptionist, students as well as instructors are very friendly. Furthermore, my student "M" was extremely 1 attentive, 2 caring, 3 efficient along with 4 professional. I've attended other cosmetology institutes prior, but I'm planning on transitioning to Collectiv Academy, from this point forward.
