I own a boutique and ordered from JOYA back in October at market. it has been 3 Months since I wrote an order and we only received half of what we ordered and PAID for. I have left numerous emails to Karen and Betsy (the owner) as well as phone messages. ZERO response. Unprofessional and poor business practices. I am sorry that I tried to give them a chance!
