I never leave reviews because sometimes it’s just really unnecessary. However, if I’m able to help save even one person from having a shared terrible experience, then this review and the time it took to leave it just became worthwhile. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took a PCR test on 7/1. It’s now 7/18 and I still don’t have results. I went for the purpose of getting a PCR test. Tax dollars paid for this scam, this company and their TERRIBLE website are a joke. There’s no customer service number to call that work... read more
I was a little surprised this was a free test but keep in mind that each person has to do three tests. The pcr tests take kind of a long time to upload but I was amazed how quickly I got my two rapid tests back. I had a really nice woman (didn't ask her name) and recommend others visit this location. It's a shame that I see a lot of reviews here are referring to the other testing site that is right across from them and it's an entirely different company.
