Since July 2025 we are having ongoing issues of black garbage bin not being picked up on Monday collection day on Dellcrest Lane. We have reported it numerous times on Get it done San Diego. Have talked several times with supervisor Brad, his rhetoric is the same, problem fixed. The most recent occurrence was Mon 10-13-25. A bit of a mess trying to get collected over the last few months. Even after calling customer service enough times to get access to supervisors' numbers, it's still hit or miss on if I'll get an answer to my call or voicemail. Supervisor Keith never returned my voicemail, Kenneth didn't return my first voicemail, but answered my 2nd call, meanwhile Ken Biggers has been non-existent for most of my calls, but fortunately did call me back one time. The lid to my trashcan was broken so I called over here. They told me to take a photo of the cans' serial number and bring the broken lid. I showed up and there were a few guys under a tent out front. The guy wrote down my serial number and another guy came out in 30 seconds with a new lid and I was out of there in under a minute. Great service!
If I could have a Zero star, that's what I would select as an option! I went to the depot on Miramar Way to exchange a new trash can... 6 guys under a shade tarp, watching me unload, trying to load the new one in my pickup. I called them today to express my disappointment. The office gal told me they're not responsible for loading or unloading. My ? aren't seniors a big part of their demographics! Shame on you!!!
