APPALLED – I understand that the employees at The Collection Bureau are not providing customer service to the people they are collecting debs from and only to the people they are collecting debts for. However, this does not give them the right to treat people poorly. I have NEVER witnessed such unprofessional behavior in a law office in my life...and I've delt with alot of law offices. Very Rude and Very Unpleasant to work with! – Very Rude! Not easy to work with. Betty definately needs some customer service training. I realize they are in collections but very unwilling to work with people. Would not recommend... Get a loan and pay them off asap so you do not have to work with such rude and unpleasant people!
