I received a letter in the mail a couple days ago saying my father has a balance of around $68. I called the office and spoke with someone named Naly (not sure how to spell it). She told me the balance is from a service over two years ago that was never paid, and that’s why it was sent to collections. I asked if they ever billed my father’s secondary insurance, since he has coverage through SSI. She said they only billed his primary insurance. I don't even know who these people are and they're putting crap on my credit that is NOT mine!
Everyone start suing them for business malpractice, going under different names, providing fake phone numbers, harassing you when you asked them not to call you.
