A great place to store your valuable wine. They are easy to deal with and the facility is easy to access most hours of the day. It's dark, still and degrees every time I am there. The perfect conditions for my wine needing many more years to mature.
Facilities are very nice, but prices skyrocketed over the span of 1 year. Customers who had been faithful clients for >5 years were completely priced out.
The storage itself is fairly nice, and offers what you would expect from wine storage, but the issue is the rent increases. For the first couple years, these were reasonable, but my unit rate went from $32 to $44/month this past January (up from $25 in 2020). At this increase rate, the rent will be more than my collection is worth. While I understand that market rates change, for existing customers, this is a pretty poor experience. For the price of rent to the end of the year, I could now buy a good wine fridge.
Decent dedicated wine storage. Easy access. Pricing better then some other local facilities.
