I have purchased NUMEROUS bundles of 45 records from Oldies.com over the decades. Have NEVER had a problem and the service has been awesome. Love this place for great vinyl! thank You Folks VERY Much for all the absolutely beautiful 45 records. Regards.
Losy customer service! The woman who helped me was rude! Was supposed to get shipping refunded for a return and never received the credit. The woman i spoke to said it was refunded on a card that I don't have anymore. When I explained this to her and asked if she could refund to the new card I have and the one I just made a purchase with on the OLDIES website, she refused and said OLDIES already refunded to the old card and there is nothing they can do and I have to talk to my card company.
