Collard Roofing replaced our whole roof from a hail storm. Tobin's inspections found not only damaged shingles, he also discovered an area with damaged roof sheathing on our 45 year old home. This area is a cathedral type ceiling inside our home and he recommended spray foam insulation rather than regular insulation since the insulation was needing to be replaced under the sheathing.
