I’ve been very impressed with the quality of the therapists at this location, as well as the skill of the psychiatrists! The front desk has always been very polite, helpful, and professional!
This place is no help to me, all I want is to be diagnosed and given the meds I need and no such luck. I've been on a list to get diagnosed for over 6 months with no one giving any updates. When I call (and someone actually answers for once) they tell me they don't know where I am exactly on the list, they don't no how much longer it will be and they have no other information. I went here because my primary doctor would not prescribe my meds for my depression and this is where my insurance sent me. The people here are nice however when prescribing my meds they were prescribed incorrectly and when I called to have them corrected they were not. I was able to get my meds through call on doc website. Call on doc prescribed a 90 day supply and this place only 30 days but incorrectly and never fixing it. For a 50 dollar co pay and they called me to make another appointment what a joke avoid this place
Soo The Therapists are great. The Phone operator not so much. This is the second time I had an issue with billing and the last time. I missed my appointment last week but was at urgent care, having some issues. Im a heart patient. I ended up being fine, just stressed. I was charged for not calling ahead 48 hrs. (I wasnt even going to dispute the charge) They charged a card that shouldnt have even been on file, thats what made me mad.
