One star is pushing it. I filled out the new patient information online and called a few days later to ask about next steps. I was told "when we get to it." When I asked a follow-up question, she stated, "it's 10 AM, I have a lot to do. When we get to it, we get to it."
I came in for a first patient visit with my daughter, hoping to move her to a hollistically minded practice at early age. The first visit consisted of ... talking for an hour. All we did was I outlined why we are looking to see a naturopath rather than a doctor, some concerns I have now and the preventative care that I am seeking for my daughter. Overall Dr Tracey has been a tremendous help in getting me on track with my health. Addressing issues that a normal doctor had never addressed. I am feeling sooooo much better now and will never leave this office.
