Showed up for blood work 1030am on a Friday. Office was closed. No sign on the door. I called customer service and they told me all staff called out for the day.
Friendly and efficient staff.
Poor customer service. Entered office and I wasn’t Not acknowledged or even checked in by office staff, Tammy, for well over 10 minutes. And when I was she was extremely rude, and giving nasty looks and to those in waiting room. Very unprofessional.
I had the privilege of having Tammy as our phlebotomist for a recent blood draw, and I am absolutely blown away by her exceptional care and professionalism.
