although the woman drawing the blood is very nice something has been entered wrong twice causing me to get a bill for blood work . My ins pays 100% of bloodwork . On top of that no invoices were sent to me instead they sent the account directly to collections with out ever sending me a bill . twice . I did not even get the opportunity to call and get it corrected . Contacted my insurance and they verified bloodwork is 100% and I should not receive a bill anyway .

I have small veins and blood draws are difficult unless I go to this office. The woman here is a pro. I also find that the lab results post a lot faster than with Quest.

My bloodwork was sent to them for testing. Long story short, I was charged twice. I paid for one test. Seven months later, I am still fighting to not pay the second bill. Billing, and what amounts I guess to Customer Service, have insisted on the wrong narrative over and over. It seemingly is an organizational catastrophe over there, with no one able to not only solve problems for themselves, but solve between departments. My bloodwork was sent to them for testing. Long story short, I was charged twice. I paid for one test. Seven months later, I am still fighting to not pay the second bill. Billing, and what amounts I guess to Customer Service, have insisted on the wrong narrative over and over even when walked through the situation like 4-year olds, with screenshots of statements, etc. It seemingly is an organizational catastrophe over there, with no one able to not only solve problems for themselves, but solve between departments.
