This place is absolutely AMAZING! The ladies at the front desk as well as the doctors are perfect for anybody going through mental illness and even more. In addition, Isabelle was FANTASTIC! She returned my call as soon as possible and was so nice. I highly recommend people speaking to Isabelle! Suck a great community and couldn’t ask for a better experience!
This facility - psychiatrist and therapist included - did not help my child. In fact, I found the staff to be condescending and pretty much incompetent. It turns out my child has TRD and won’t respond to most antidepressants. This facility, like many others, just throws meds at kids and hopes they’ll work. When I objected to starting my 11-year-old on Lexapro for depression, the therapist argued that it was totally appropriate for that age. A quick Google search will tell you otherwise. I’ve called twice to make an appointment. Both times I got a voicemail box. I left a detailed message both times. Nobody ever called me back.
