This facility - psychiatrist and therapist included - did not help my child. In fact, I found the staff to be condescending and pretty much incompetent. It turns out my child has TRD and won’t respond to most antidepressants. This facility, like many others, just throws meds at kids and hopes they’ll work. When I objected to starting my 11-year-old on Lexapro for depression, the therapist argued that it was totally appropriate for that age. A quick Google search will tell you otherwise. I’ve called twice to make an appointment. Both times I got a voicemail box. I left a detailed message both times. Nobody ever called me back.

I will start by saying that I have been seeing / speaking with Dr. McNally since probably 2017-2018, and Dr. McNally since at least 2023, so it is fair to say I have been a long term client. Dr. McNally and Dr. Gara have both been not only true professionals to me, but have treated me with nothing should of dignity and kindness beyond what one would expect from a doctor's office, or any business.
