If I could give less then one star I would. Melissa, the front desk staff is the most ignorant woman I have spoken to in a very long time! People are reaching out to this office when they are in serious need of mental help, not to be degraded and talked down to when they already feel stupid. I didn't even have a first appointment with these people, the first phone call was enough.
The unprofessional behavior of the staff at the Abington office lead me to choose to abruptly end my treatment, as to avoid frustration and degradation. Not the best decision, but having my existing mental health issues compounded by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the staff left me with little choice.
Incompetent office staff and Dr. Katz is very condescending
