Over the years, service has gotten worse.... I feel the service is reactive as opposed to proactive and that's a disadvantage if you need to plan ahead for your business. My personal return was missing basic information I already provided, resulting in it being returned. When I brought it up along with other concerns, I was blamed and no responsibility was taken.
