Collabera is sadly another example of the kind of recruiting firm that adds very little value to the hiring process. In a tech hub like Kirkland, where experienced engineers, testers, and developers are looking for legitimate opportunities, companies like this feel more like wasted space than a serious part of the local hiring ecosystem. Collaberá is like any other dime-a-dozen recruiting firm refusing to adapt to the demand. Communication about job opportunities is slow, and the pay rates they present are on the low side. It’s also been difficult to get clear answers to basic questions due to communication issues, which makes the process frustrating!

Awesome staffing company that I had a chance to deal with. Professional, and have a great staff that is very responsive most of the time... Of course, just like any other company they have those people that make mistakes more than others, but recent experience was great. Thanks
