Zero stars from first impression. Cold call out of the blue, for a company that has a location in Virginia, not being able to pronounce the names of cities is a bad start. When corrected, no acknowledgement that they'd spoken the name wrong. Add to this not understanding the type of position, then nothing more than a phone number and name?
