Colkitt installed our downstairs AC system and did not follow the mechanical engineering plans in the permit. In the upstairs we had leaks in the attic from a drainage line that they were to repair and the upstairs flooded. Did not seal AC supply vents downstairs and ceiling caving filled with mold and ceiling had to be taken down.
