Colite prays on smaller companies. In 2025, our company did several site surveys at the Stennis Space Center. They shipped the sign to our company and we installed the signs with no issues. I did demand a 50% deposit on the job which they paid. But we are owed approximately 15K and they dance around when you call. We needed a stucco contractor to reface the front and rear of the facility. Colite never paid that contractor and his bill was upwards of 50k. Colite are predators. Do not do business with them. Performed work on their sign at GE Aerospace during the summer of 2025. Have been chasing payment since then. They reply to emails sporadically and tag their accounts payable team, but nothing ever happens. Filed lawsuit. Update: worked directly with GE and they helped facilitate payment 1 year after the work was completed. I appreciate the GE support.

Disaster, one word description is enough. Paid thousands of dollars for a building sign 10 months ago, yet there is no sign of sign installation schedule date. No one returns calls or emails.

Colite does not even have the professional courtesy to respond to inquiries on payment. Very similar to Poblocki going silent, we are very likely looking at complete shutdown. Any word on if these guys are even in business?
