I purchased a condo here after looking for 6 months, and it's great! Maybe because I'm an owner now vs a renter, I have not had any complaints at all. The place is worth the money and they are really sprucing everything up.
WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER. SLUM LORDS LIKE THIS NEED TO BE PROSECUTED FOR NEGLIGENCE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RENT ELSEWHERE.
Currently being turned into condos. I feel sorry for those who are tricked into buying the outrageously priced condos here. They dont fix anything here correctly. As you can see the first floor (which was redone cheaply) continuously leaks. They have done cheap patchwork to repair it and it next time it rained it just ruined it again. The parking garage is disgusting, dirty, and you have to pay to use it. The apartments need serious renovations because my cabinets and appliances both look to be from the 70s. I am only giving 1 star because of my move out experience. After being told I was only going to be charged for oven cleaning. These lovely slum lords tacked on $150 in additional damages and hid behind the "you signed the move out document" excuse. I only signed it because they said I was only being charged for the oven! Pretty terrible way to treat a clean tenant who paid ten on time for 2 years. Suzanne was the individual in charge of the process and she has by far the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered.... read more
I moved in Coliseum Place in 2009 and have experienced nothing but aggravation since I have lived here. Every time it rains, my ceiling leaks. The owners of this place need to put a new roof on instead of all the cheap patch jobs. The patching only works for so long and the leaks are back during hard rains. I have buckets out all over the living room every time it rains. There are water stains all over the ceiling and in the built in bookcase.
