I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 3 years, and unfortunately the experience has steadily declined. What once felt like a patient-focused office now feels increasingly corporate and impersonal. Even a simple prescription refill has become an endless chain of AI-generated, phony emails by front office staff who don’t seem able to get a dentist involved when needed. Dr. Pauline Pham at my first appointment actually listened to me and turned out to be a very caring cosmetic dentist who repaired a bad front tooth composite with artistry and minimum discomfort. All my subsequent visits with different dentists at Coliseum have been five stars each and I feel confident that they will give me the best care anywhere. My dentist Mr Lee is the best. He’s kind & communicates well. He provides good clinical and skilled care. His work & talent on how he treats his patients is immaculate. The staff members are a huge plus to the office environment. They are the greatest, thank you all for your kindness.
