Wveryone is very friendly and kind
This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a dental clinic. The clinic appeared disorganized, and the overall level of professionalism was disappointing. The dentist seemed rushed, did not take enough time to explain the procedure, and my questions were not answered clearly. I was also unhappy with my interaction with the dental assistant, Darline. I had an extremely negative experience with Darline while she was assisting Dr. Dang. She was very rude, impatient, and disrespectful throughout the interaction, and her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. I felt dismissed whenever I tried to ask questions or express concerns, which is unacceptable in a professional medical environment.
