I had an extremely negative experience with Darline while she was assisting Dr. Dang. She was very rude, impatient, and disrespectful throughout the interaction, and her attitude made the entire visit uncomfortable. I felt dismissed whenever I tried to ask questions or express concerns, which is unacceptable in a professional medical environment. Ten years plus of excellent care. I heartily recommend them.
I do not recommend. I needed an implant surgery and crown and the surgeon that I was referred to by this office did the surgery so poorly it actually created more issues and damaged the surrounding bone that I am having to get the entire procedure redone. I voiced concerns early on and throughout the process and these concerns were either dismissed or diminished.
