Dr. Dang and his staff are reliably kind, professional, patient and informative. As someone who is dental phobic, I cannot even begin to express what a comfort Dr Dang is.
Went in For my Annual Cleaning and They Stated I needed an "Exam" I gave them a Choice and it was Given to me as a PREREQUISITE so the Front Door was Used...Unacceptable I was Not told about this Before Taking the Morning Off work...Do Better
As a new patient, I was pleased to get an appointment a week after I called. Everyone was pleasant and efficient.
The staff are extremely friendly and so is Dr. Chung. He takes the time to explain everything and ensured I was ok during my procedure.
