Poor communication for appointment scheduling and treatment updates. I live an hour away and have shown up multiple times just for them to tell me at the time of my appointment that they need to reschedule. I haven’t seen my doctor for 4 months because she only comes 1 day/month with no exceptions and I am very behind in my treatment because of that.
I honestly hate going to the dentist, who doesn't 🤣, but I must say, that today when Dr. Voong told me I wouldn't feel anything from the injection to numb my mouth (I didn't believe him, 🤣, they all say that) buuuutttt he didn't LIE ... Dr. Voong is super super nice and professional! I had 3 fillings done, with minimal pain and discomfort. I would recommend Coliseum Dental to anyone, especially if you're like me and hate going to the dentist and view it as necessary evil...🤣 🤣 100/10%%%

I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 3 years, and unfortunately the experience has steadily declined. What once felt like a patient-focused office now feels increasingly corporate and impersonal. Even a simple prescription refill has become an endless chain of AI-generated, phony emails by front office staff who don’t seem able to get a dentist involved when needed.
