Had a problem with a car and let them know ,never phoned back or answered phone after that , bad service
I recently came by to this dealership to possibly purchase a car but as I walked in, salesman at his desk barely acknowledged me and was glued to his computer. Shows laziness, no professionalism, and no greeting at all. Next, I ask if I can check out the vehicle but he says it’s at the back by showing no interest and barely any guidance to the customer for potential business and purchase but clearly failed to do what seemed to be his only job as a “salesman”. Showed up and wanted to see the cars. Couldn't because I didn't follow their online procedure. Forgrt showing up in person. Then I got told by the attendant that I don't know how to look at a website. About 6 cars I was I inerested in where not listed. So I call and ask how to see these not listed cars. Since I'm physically there. I can see them with my eyes balls. Website doesn't have them. The guy says book and schedule all these sitings online. So all 6 at different times and dates. What a joke.
