Amazing customer service! They patched up my tire quickly and even when out of their way to fix one of my tools used to take out my spare tire!
I went for the tire repair, paid for the permanent patch repair which costs more, I even tipped the young dude who repaired my tire, the young dude said he used the patch repair instead of push-through repair, since then my tire is constantly leaking air, caused me to use air pump to charge my tire air every two weeks. Today I went to America's Tire to change my new tire, they told me the patch is push-through and that's why my tire air is leaking. What a regret, and upset experience
Not sure what all the good reviews are about. I went in a few weeks ago because I needed two new tires. Well not only did they give me the wrong tire size, but they messed my wheel stud and lug nut. I only know this because I had to replace the tires I JUST BOUGHT not even 2 weeks ago! Came to my regular tire guy and the wheel stud and lug nut is broken. Not only that but they charge $3 to use card? That's criminal. Taking advantage of people who do not carry cash. That's what I get for needing tires asap, but never again. B... read more
