Typical bait and switch! Whoever runs this community believes in lying to prospective residents faces! As a born and raised Sammamish local, look elsewhere when trying to rent.
Kimberly, the property manager was very rude and disrespectful when following up on an application submitted as I was charged twice for a reason I did not know. I accidentally dialed the wrong line as the phone system was not clear and she hung up right in my face. In all my years of renting & working in leasing have I EVER met or dealt with someone this dismissive especially after a simple mistake of dialing the wrong number! Hopefully she can wake up and can get with the program or find a new career - you work with peoples... read more
I had the worst experience in my life from this apartment management. They will act like an angel till you sign the agreement and after that you see their another face. I won’t recommend anyone to go there.
Conveniently located , nice neighborhood , Great schools and friendly atmosphere only issue is the management and dated appliances
