I had the worst experience in my life from this apartment management. They will act like an angel till you sign the agreement and after that you see their another face. I won’t recommend anyone to go there.
Conveniently located , nice neighborhood , Great schools and friendly atmosphere only issue is the management and dated appliances
Poor management and very dirty place....They will not refund any security deposit even after you get everything cleaned up. I would not recommend this place to any one. PLEASE STAY AWAY
Well, clean up is all subjective. It was quite run down and I had pointed the carpet out when I initially moved in....There are going to be minor issues when you live in a place but you can't be charging the entire security deposit for it.....I understand you charge 100/200 bucks to freshen up but you charged all my security deposit of 700 which is not justify at all. I had never accepted this and therefore completely not satisfied
