I use Colina Construction for some house repairs in summer 2021. The staff was polite, helpful, thorough, reliable and professional. They explained what needed repairing, what they would be doing, and got the requisite inspection and permits. I would use them again.
Competitive pricing, and extremely honest!! Will not try to up sell! I own several rental properties in the Cincinnati area and in my experience, These guys were the most honest and reliable contractors that I have worked with. They approached every project with my interest in mind and walked me through every option I had as well as pro's and con's of each option so I could make a decision that I would feel very confident in. Whenever I have a construction project, Colina, Inc. is my first choice, hands down!
