Very disappointing!!! My appointment was 3:50 and I was asked to reschedule because I arrived 7 mins late!! I had a serious issue to discuss with them but ignored me. I informed them that I am on my way in an Uber during a peak hour and told them that I should be there in less than 5 mins. They called back to tell me that the dr will not see me and asked me to reschedule. It is ok for the clinic to always ask us to wait for longer periods of wait for the dr. Dr Rachel was amazing, I had a real fear of the dentist, but she was great, explained everything and carried out the procedure very delicately with up most care. I will return for a regular check up. Thank you. Steve
