Truly the best Dr. that I’ve ever been a patient with. Very knowledgeable and explains things so I can understand. He is friendly and makes me feel comfortable during my visits. If I could sum it up I would have to say that Dr. Rock rocks!
First refferal was sent almost 2 months ago. Repeatedly sent multiple refferals over time and they kept saying they did not receive it. That their fax machine has issues with receiving faxes from tricare. Kept having them resent until tricare said they can just pull them up online. Apparently they refused to and 2 weeks passed and no response. Decided just to drop them. I don't want to be the one to do their job for them. Just not worth it. Receptionist are nice.
