Dr. Lacroix is an outstanding physician. He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes the time to listen. He explains things clearly, answers questions thoroughly, and makes you feel comfortable and confident in his care. His compassionate approach and attention to detail are exceptional. The entire experience, from the office staff to the quality of care provided, was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Lacroix to anyone looking for a skilled and caring doctor.
I absolutely love Dr. Lacroix! He has a wonderful bedside manner and is funny too. He made me feel heard on my symptoms and he is sending to different specialists to help narrow down the cause of my issues. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great PCP that doesn't make you feel like a number and actually cares about his patients
I love Dr Lecroix. He is legitimately one of the best I’ve ever seen, attentive and knowledgeable, super helpful. That said, I always book the 8a appt. Asked to come in 15 minutes early. I am never seen before 845, please make this make sense.
They expect you to show up 15 minutes early for your appointment but the nurse tells you that the Dr doesn't normally get in till 8:45-9:00 when you have an 8:00 appointment.
