I love Dr Lecroix. He is legitimately one of the best I’ve ever seen, attentive and knowledgeable, super helpful. That said, I always book the 8a appt. Asked to come in 15 minutes early. I am never seen before 845, please make this make sense.
They expect you to show up 15 minutes early for your appointment but the nurse tells you that the Dr doesn't normally get in till 8:45-9:00 when you have an 8:00 appointment.
Twice now I have called their office to ask for antibiotics because I was too sick to go there for an appointment and they said "you'll have to wait until tomorrow for a virtual appointment." I am wheezing, have a migraine, am coughing to the point of dizziness, and haven't slept in three nights and, I'm nearly 73 years old. Thanks for nothing.
